أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا تَمْنَعُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهِ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، فَإِذَا خَرَجْنَ فَلْيَخْرُجْنَ تَفِلاتٍ» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1207
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us some of the scholars, Muhammad ibn Amr ibn Alqamah, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «Do not prevent the female slaves of God, the mosques of Allah Almighty, So when they go out, let them get loose. ”
