أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: مَا بَالُ رِجَالٍ يَطَئُونَ وَلائِدَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَعْزِلُونَ، لا تَأْتِينِي وَلِيدَةٌ يَعْتَرِفُ سَيِّدُهَا أَنْ قَدْ أَلَمَّ بِهَا إِلا قَدْ أَلْحَقْتُ بِهِ وَلَدَهَا، فَاعْزِلُوا بَعْدُ أَوِ اتْرُكُوا.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1199
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Salim bin Abdullah, from his father: that Omar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him, said: What is wrong with men tread and Aidhm then cut off, do not bring me the result of her master admits that may pain her Otherwise, her son will catch up with him, so isolate after or leave.
