أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمِّي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَافِعٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُحَيْحَةَ بْنِ الْجَلاحِ أَوْ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ فُلانِ بْنِ أُحَيْحَةَ بْنِ الْجَلاحِ، قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: أَنَا شَكَكْتُ، عَنْ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ: أَنَّ رَجُلا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ إِتْيَانِ النِّسَاءِ فِي أَدْبَارِهِنَّ أَوْ إِتْيَانِ الرَّجُلِ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي دُبُرِهَا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «حَلالٌ» ، فَلَمَّا وَلَّى الرَّجُلُ دَعَاهُ أَوْ أَمَرَ بِهِ فَدُعِيَ، فَقَالَ: «كَيْفَ قُلْتَ؟ فِي أَيِّ الْخَرْتَيْنِ أَوْ فِي الْخَرَزَتَيْنِ أَوْ فِي الْخَصْفَتَيْنِ أَمِنْ دُبُرِهَا فِي قُبُلِهَا فَنَعَمْ أَمْ مِنْ دُبُرِهَا فِي دُبُرِهَا فَلا، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَسْتَحْيِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ، لا تَأْتُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي أَدْبَارِهِنَّ» . قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: قَالَ: فَمَا تَقُولُ؟ قُلْتُ: عَمِّي ثِقَةٌ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثِقَةٌ، وَقَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدٌ، عَنِ الأَنْصَارِيِّ الْمُحَدِّثِ بِهَا أَنَّهُ أَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ خَيْرًا وَخُزَيْمَةُ مِمَّنْ لا يَشُكُّ عَالِمٌ فِي ثِقَتِهِ فَلَسْتُ أُرَخِّصُ فِيهِ بَلْ أَنْهَى عَنْهُ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1198
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell me my uncle Mohammed bin Ali bin Shafie, said: Tell me Abdullah bin Ali bin Saa'ib, Amr ibn Ohihh bin Algelah or Amr ibn person bin Ohihh bin Algelah, Shafei said: I questioned, for Khuzaymah Bin Thabit: If a man asked the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, about the coming of women in their arenas or the man’s rituals, then the man’s family Z upon him: «Halal», and when he passed the man called him or ordered him was called, he said: «How do you say?
