أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ أَحْسَبُهُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ غَيْلانَ بْنَ سَلَمَةَ الثَّقَفِيَّ أَسْلَمَ وَعِنْدَهُ عَشْرُ نِسْوَةٍ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمْسِكْ أَرْبَعًا، وَفَارِقْ سَائِرَهُنَّ» .
