أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لا يَجْمَعُ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا وَلا بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا. أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ عِشْرَةِ النِّسَاءِ، وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1171
The owner told us, from Abu trigger, the lame, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: The man does not gather between women and between women and her aunt and her aunt. Take the four hadiths out of the book of ten women, and the fifth of the text of the provisions of the Qur’an.
