أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ شَافِعِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ هَاشِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ مَنَافِ بْنِ قُصَيِّ بْنِ كِلابِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ لُؤَيِّ بْنِ غَالِبِ بْنِ فِهْرِ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ كِنَانَةَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ مُدْرَكَةَ بْنِ إِلْيَاسَ بْنِ مُضَرَ بْنِ نِزَارِ بْنِ مَعْدِ بْنِ عَدْنَانَ، ابْنِ عَمِّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، وَمُسْلِمِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ كِلاهُمَا، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنِ الشِّغَارِ وَزَادَ مَالِكٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: وَالشِّغَارُ: أَنْ يُزَوِّجَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ ابْنَتَهُ عَلَى أَنْ يُزَوِّجَهُ ابْنَتَهُ. أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ بَابِ الشِّغَارِ وَالرَّابِعَ مِنْ كِتَابِ النِّكَاحِ مِنَ الإِمْلاءِ وَهُوَ أَوَّلُ حَدِيثٍ فِيهِ.

Tell us the spring, he said: Tell us Shafi'i Muhammad bin Idris bin Abbas bin Othman bin Shafie bin Saa'ib bin Obaid bin Abdul Yazid bin Hashim bin Abdul Muttalib bin Abdul Manaf bin Qusay bin dogs bin once bin Ka'b bin Loay bin Ghalib bin Fahr bin Malik bin Nadr bin Kannana, Bin Khuzaimah Bin Madraka, Bin Elias Bin Mudar Bin Nizar Bin Moad Bin Bin Adnan, Cousin of God, God’s Messenger of God, Berna Malik bin Anas, Nafie, Ibn Umar, and Muslim bin Khalid, son of Greg, Abu Zubair, Jabir both, the Prophet, peace be upon him, he forbade shighaar and increased owner in his speech: and shighaar: that the man married the man of his daughter He has to marry his daughter. He took the three hadiths out of the chagal section and the fourth from the marriage book from dictation, which is the first hadith in it.
