قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ فِي كِتَابِهِ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سَبْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ نِكَاحِ الْمُتْعَةِ» . أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ وَالثَّانِيَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَالثَّالِثَ وَالرَّابِعَ مِنْ بَابِ الشِّغَارِ، وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الطَّعَامِ وَالشَّرَابِ وَالسَّادِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ عَلِيٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ مِمَّا لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُمَا الرَّبِيعُ مِنَ الشَّافِعِيِّ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1162
Shafie said in his book: Tell us Sufian, said: Tell us syphilis, he said: Tell us the son of spring Sabrah, from his father, he said: «forbade the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him for fun fuck». Get out of the book of different modern and in the second book of the different Maalik, III and IV of the door shighaar, and the fifth book of food, drink and the sixth book of the different Ali and Abdullah, which did not hear them from the spring Shafei.
