أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، يَقُولُ: كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَيْسَ مَعَنَا نِسَاءٌ، فَأَرَدْنَا أَنْ نَخْتَصِيَ، فَنَهَانَا عَنْ ذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ رَخَّصَ لَنَا أَنْ نَنْكِحَ الْمَرْأَةَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ بِالشَّيْءِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1155
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Sufian, Ismail ibn Abi Khaled, Qais bin Abi Hazim, said: I heard Ibn Masood, says: We were with the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him and not with us women, we wanted to Nkhtsa, Venhana about it The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, then authorized us to marry a woman for a long time.
