أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الأَيِّمُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا، وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْذَنُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، وَإِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1147
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the owner, Abdullah bin Fadl, Nafie bin Jabir, Abdullah bin Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «Aloim deserving of herself from her guardian, and the eldest asking her permission in Herself, and her ears are silent.
