أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، قَالَ: أُتِيَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ بِنِكَاحٍ لَمْ يَشْهَدْ عَلَيْهِ إِلا رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَةٌ، فَقَالَ: هَذَا نِكَاحُ السِّرِّ، فَلا أُجِيزُهُ، وَلَوْ كُنْتُ تَقَدَّمْتُ فِيهِ لَرَجَمْتُ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ، وَإِلَى آخِرِ السَّادِسِ مِنْ كِتَابِ عِشْرَةِ النِّسَاءِ.

Tell us the owner, Abu Zubair, he said, came Omar may Allah be pleased with him nikaah has not seen him only a man and a woman, he said: fuck this secret, do not Ogizh, even if you made it to the stoned. He included the first in the book of the difference of Malik and al-Shafi’i, and the second from the book of the rulings of the Qur’an, and to the last sixth of the Book of Kitab.
