أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ وَسَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ: جَمَعَتِ الطَّرِيقُ رُفْقَةً فِيهِمُ امْرَأَةٌ ثَيِّبٌ فَوَلَّتْ رَجُلا مِنْهُمْ أَمْرَهَا فَزَوَّجَهَا رَجُلا، فَجَلَدَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ النَّاكِحَ وَالْمُنْكِحَ وَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا.
