أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ نُكِحَتْ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ وَلِيِّهَا فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ ثَلاثًا، وَإِنْ أَصَابَهَا فَلَهَا الْمَهْرُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا، وَإِنِ اشْتَجَرُوا فَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لا وَلِيَّ لَهُ» .

Said told Ben Salem, the son of Greg, Suleiman ibn Musa, from Ibn Shihab from Erwa, Aisha, may Allah be pleased, the Prophet peace be upon him, he said: «Any woman who gets married without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid three, and hit it may The dowry is what has become empty from its horoscope, and if they do quarrel, then the Sultan is the ruler of the one who does not have a ruler for him.
