أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمَعْرُوفُ بِابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَالأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ» . أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ عِشْرَةِ النِّسَاءِ.

Tell us Ismail bin Ibrahim known as Ibn attic, Ibn Abi Arabism, for Qatada, al-Hasan, a man who, for Ben Amer obstacle: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, said: «If I marry more deserving of the former guardians». He brought the first out of the Book of the Rulings of the Qur’an, and the second from the Book of Ten Women.
