أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا نَكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَالأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ، وَإِذَا بَاعَ الْمُجِيزَانِ فَالأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ» .

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Ismail Ibn attic, Ibn Abi Arabism, for Qatada, al-Hasan, from a man of the Prophet peace be upon him, the Prophet peace be upon him, said: «If the fuck guardians first one deserving, and if He sold the two rewards, for the first is more worthy.
