أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ وَسَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَيْ عَدْلٍ وَوَلِيٍّ مُرْشِدٍ، وَأَحْسَبُ مُسْلِمًا قَدْ سَمِعَهُ مِنَ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ عِشْرَةِ النِّسَاءِ.

Tell us a Muslim and happy, son of Greg, Abdullah bin Othman bin Kthim, Saeed bin Jubair, and Mujahid, from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: There is no marriage without a wali and two witnesses and the Crown Advisor and figured a Muslim had heard from the son Kthim. He included the first in the book of the difference of Malik and Shafi’i, and the second from the book of ten women.
