أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْخَيَّاطِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يَخْطُبَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَنْكِحَ أَوْ يَتْرُكَ.أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ، وَالرَّابِعَ وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ التَّعْرِيضِ بِالْخِطْبَةِ.
