أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لا يَخْطُبْ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ» .

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1128

Tell us Sufian, syphilis, he said: Tell me son of Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him: «not one of you preached a sermon on his brother».
