أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ فِي كِتَابِ النِّكَاحِ فِي الإِمْلاءِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ: أَنَّ ابْنَ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ نَكَحَ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ فَجَازَ ذَلِكَ.أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ النِّكَاحِ.
