أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَمْرَةَ: أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا دَبَّرَتْ جَارِيَةً لَهَا فَسَحَرَتْهَا، فَاعْتَرَفَتْ بِالسِّحْرِ وَأَمَرَتْ بِهَا عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنْ تُبَاعَ مِنَ الأَعْرَابِ مِمَّنْ يُسِيءُ مَلَكَتَهَا فَبِيعَتْ.أَخْرَجَ الْخَمْسَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ، وَقَوْلَ الشَّافِعِيِّ مِنْ كِتَابِ صِفَةِ نَهْيِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَكِتَابِ الْمُدَبَّرِ وَهِيَ جَمِيعُ مَا فِيهِمَا، وَالسَّابِعَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.
