أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، وَعَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ: إِنَّ أَبَا مَذْكُورٍ رَجُلا مِنْ عُذْرَةَ كَانَ لَهُ غُلامٌ قِبْطِيٌّ فَأَعْتَقَهُ عَنْ دُبُرٍ مِنْهُ، وَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَمِعَ بِذَلِكَ الْعَبْدِ، فَبَاعَ الْعَبْدَ، وَقَالَ: «إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِنَفْسِهِ، فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ فَضْلٌ فَلْيَبْدَأْ مَعَ نَفْسِهِ بِمَنْ يَعُولُ، ثُمَّ إِنْ وَجَدَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَضْلا فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ عَلَى غَيْرِهِمْ» .وَزَادَ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ فِي الْحَدِيثِ شَيْئًا.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1091
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Muslim bin Khalid, Abdul Majid, son of Greg, said: Tell me Abu Zubair: that he heard Jabir bin Abdullah, he says that the father mentioned a man of virginity was a boy Coptic Voatgah from masterminded it, and that the Prophet peace be upon him heard this slave, he sold the slave, and said: «If one of you poor, let him start his own, it has the virtue of let him start For himself who is dependent, then if he finds a favor after that, let him give alms to others who give charity to them. ”And the Muslims of Bin Khalid bin Khalid increased.
