أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْوَلاءُ لُحْمَةٌ كَلُحْمَةِ النَّسَبِ لا تُبَاعُ وَلا تُوهَبُ» .أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ جِرَاحِ الْعَمْدِ، وَالثَّالِثَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالرَّابِعَ وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبَحِيرَةِ وَالسَّائِبَةِ.
