أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، أَنَّهَا أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ جَارِيَةً تُعْتِقُهَا.فَقَالَ أَهْلُهَا: نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ وَلاءَهَا لَنَا، فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «لا يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ» .

Tell us Malik from Nafi from Ibn Umar, Aisha, may Allah be pleased, she wanted to buy an ongoing Tatgaha.faqal people: Nabiekha that their loyalty to us, I mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, he said: «does not prevent it for he loyalty to those who freed ».
