أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا: أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: جَاءَتْنِي بَرِيرَةُ، فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي كَاتَبْتُ أَهْلِي عَلَى تِسْعِ أَوَاقٍ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ أُوقِيَّةٌ فَأَعِينِينِي، فَقَالَتْ لَهَا عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا: إِنْ أَحَبَّ أَهْلُكِ أَنْ أَعُدَّهَا لَهُمْ عَدَدْتُهَا، وَيَكُونَ وَلاؤُكِ لِي فَعَلْتُ، فَذَهَبَتْ بَرِيرَةُ إِلَى أَهْلِهَا، فَقَالَتْ لَهُمْ ذَلِكَ فَأَبَوْا عَلَيْهَا فَجَاءَتْ مِنْ عِنْدِ أَهْلِهَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَالِسٌ، فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي عَرَضْتُ عَلَيْهِمْ فَأَبَوْا إِلا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْوَلاءُ، فَسَمِعَ ذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرَتْهُ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «خُذِيهَا وَاشْتَرِطِي لَهُمُ الْوَلاءَ، فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ» .فَفَعَلَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، ثُمَّ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي النَّاسِ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: «أَمَّا بَعْدُ، فَمَا بَالُ رِجَالٍ يَشْتَرِطُونَ شُرُوطًا لَيْسَتْ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى، مَا كَانَ مِنْ شَرْطٍ لَيْسَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ فَهُوَ بَاطِلٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مِائَةَ شَرْطٍ، قَضَاءُ اللَّهِ أَحَقُّ، وَشَرْطُهُ أَوْثَقُ، وَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1074
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father, Aisha, may Allah be pleased: she said: I got Bareerah, she said: I Katebt my family nine Ooaq each year an ounce Voaanini, she said to her Aisha, may Allah be pleased About her: If your family loves to prepare them for them, then your loyalty will be to me, and I will do, so a righteousness has gone to the family of God. When her family and the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him sitting, she said: I offered them Vobwa only to have their loyalty, he heard that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him asked her the Prophet peace be upon him Vokbernh Aisha, may Allah be pleased, he said to her the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him “Take it, and pledge allegiance to them. Rather, loyalty belongs to those who are freed.” So Aishah, may God be pleased with her, did so, then Or the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him in the people glorified God and praised him and then said: «After, what about men stipulate conditions are not in the book of God Almighty, what was the condition is not in the book of God is false, even if a hundred condition, eliminate God More right, and his condition more confident, but loyalty to those who freed.
