أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي قَيْسُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مَكْحُولا، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ، يَقُولُ: أَعْتَقَتِ امْرَأَةٌ أَوْ رَجُلٌ سِتَّةَ أَعْبُدٍ لَهَا، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهَا مَالٌ غَيْرُهُ فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ذَلِكَ، فَأَقْرَعَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَأَعْتَقَ ثُلُثَهُمْ.قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: كَانَ ذَلِكَ فِي مَرَضِ الْمُعْتِقِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1072
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Abdul Majid, son of Greg, said: Tell me Qais bin Saad: that he heard Mkhola, says: I heard Musayyib son, she says she freed a woman or a man of six worship her, and did not have money other Faati Prophet And may God bless him and grant him peace in that, and he knocked among them, and he freed a third of them. Al-Shafi’i said: This was in Mada’s disease.
