أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ كَانَ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ فَأَعْتَقَ أَحَدُهُمَا نَصِيبَهُ، فَإِنْ كَانَ مُوسِرًا فَإِنَّهُ يَقُومُ عَلَيْهِ بِأَعْلَى الْقِيمَةِ أَوْ قِيمَةِ الْعَدْلِ لَيْسَتْ بِوَكْسٍ وَلا شَطَطٍ ثُمَّ يَغْرَمُ لِهَذَا حِصَّتَهُ» ۔أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1071
Tell us Sufian, Amr ibn Dinar from Salim bin Abdullah, from his father: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «Emma Abdul was between the two, and he freed one share, it was solvent, it is based upon the highest value or the value of justice is not the Xbox nor Shattat is then fined for this portion: “Take the two hadiths out from the second part of the hadeeth difference.”
