أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَحِلُّ لِوَاهِبٍ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ فِيمَا وَهَبَ إِلا الْوَالِدَ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ» .أَخْرَجَهُ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Muslim bin Khalid, son of Greg, from al-Hasan ibn Muslim, Tawoos: that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: «It is not permissible for the donor to return with the donation only the father of his son» .okhrjh part The second of the hadith variation.
