أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، وَحُمَيْدٍ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَادِيَةِ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي وَهَبْتُ لابْنِي نَاقَةً حَيَاتَهُ، وَإِنَّهَا تَنَاتَجَتْ إِبِلا.فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: هِيَ لَهُ حَيَاتَهُ وَمَوْتَهُ.فَقَالَ: إِنِّي تَصَدَّقْتُ عَلَيْهِ بِهَا، فَقَالَ: ذَلِكَ أَبْعَدُ لَكَ مِنْهَا.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Sufian bin appointment, Amr ibn Dinar, and Hamid al-Araj from Habib bin Abi Thabet, said: I was when the son of Omar man came from the people of the desert, he said: I am blessed with my son she-camel of his life, and she Tnatjt Ebla Ibn Omar said: He has his life and his death. He said: I gave alms to him about it, and he said: That is more distant from you.
