أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ قَالَ: وَسَمِعْتُ مَرْوَانَ بْنَ مُعَاوِيَةَ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ الْمَدَنِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ الأَسْلَمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَجُلا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي تَصَدَّقْتُ عَلَى أُمِّي بِعَبْدٍ وَإِنَّهَا مَاتَتْ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «قَدْ وَجَبَتْ صَدَقَتُكَ وَهُوَ لَكَ بِمِيرَاثِكَ» .

Tell us the trust said: I heard Marwan bin Sid happens, Abdullah bin civil tender, from Ibn Buraidah Aslami, from his father: that a man asked the Prophet peace be upon him, said: I give in charity to my mother Abdul and she died, he said the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him “I have given your charity, and it is yours through your inheritance.”
