أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَقْتَسِمُونَ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا، مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ أَهْلِي وَمُؤْنَةِ عَامِلِي، فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1049
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the owner, Abu trigger, the lame, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, said: «Do not they divide and Rtta dinars, left after the expense of my family and subsistence workers, it is a charity ».
