أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ وَلا فِيمَا لا يَمْلِكُ ابْنُ آدَمَ» .أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبَحِيرَةِ وَالسَّائِبَةِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْكَفَّارَاتِ وَالنُّذُورِ، وَهُوَ آخِرُ حَدِيثٍ فِيهِ.
