أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ، وَلا فِيمَا لا يَمْلِكُ ابْنُ آدَمَ» .وَكَأَنَّ الثَّقَفِيَّ سَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَهُ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1045
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the son Uyaynah, Abdul Wahab bin Abdul Majid, Ayoub bin Abi amulet Alschtiyanj, from Abu Dump, from Abu Muhallab, Imran ibn Husayn that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, said: «No vow In disobedience to God, neither did the son of Adam possess what he did. ”As for the cultural leg of the hadith, then he mentioned it.
