أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِأَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ فِي الشَّمْسِ، فَقَالَ: «مَا لَهُ» ؟ قَالُوا: نَذَرَ أَلا يَسْتَظِلَّ وَلا يَقْعُدَ وَلا يُكَلِّمَ أَحَدًا وَيَصُومَ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَسْتَظِلَّ، وَيَقْعُدَ وَأَنْ يُكَلِّمَ النَّاسَ، وَيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ وَلَمْ يَأْمُرْهُ بِكَفَّارَةٍ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1043
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the son Uyaynah, Amr, Tawoos: that the Prophet, peace be upon him over the father of Israel is standing in the sun, he said: «What it»? They said: a vow not to avail himself or sit and talk to anyone and fast Prophet ordered him peace be upon him to avail himself, and sit and talk to people, and are fast and did not tell him to Bkivarh.
