أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ، قَالَ:خَرَجْتُ مَعَ جَدَّةٍ لِي عَلَيْهَا مَشْيٌ إِلَى بَيْتِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى، حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَتْ بِبَعْضِ الطَّرِيقِ عَجَزَتْ، فَسَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: مُرْهَا فَلْتَرْكَبْ ثُمَّ لِتَمْشِ ثُمَّ حَيْثُ عَجَزَتْ.قَالَ مَالِكٌ: وَعَلَيْهَا هَدْيٌ.أَخْرَجَهُ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1042
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us the owner, Urwah bin Othaina, said: I went out with Jeddah me by walking to the house of God, even if some way failed, I asked Abdullah ibn Umar, Abdullah ibn Umar, may Allah said of him Malha: Let her ride, then walk, and then where she is old. Malik said: And she has a gift. He put it in the book of the disagreement of your money.
