حَدَّثَنَا الْمَکَّيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُاللہِ بْن‘سَعِیْدِ بْنَ أَبيْ ھْندَ، عَنْ عَمْرِوبْنِ أَبِيْ عَمْرو، عَنْ أَنَسٍؓ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺیَقُوْلُ: ((اللھُّمُ َّ إِنَّيْ أَعُوْذُ بِکَ مَنَ الْھَمَّ وَالْحَذَنِ ، وَالْعَجْذِ وَالْکَسَلِ ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ ،وَضَلَعِ الدَّیْنِ، وَغَلَبَۃِ الرَّجَالِ))

Anas said, "I heard the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'O Allah, I seek refuge with You from concern, sorrow, incapacity, laziness, cowardice, miserliness, being deeply in debt and being overpowered by men.'"
