حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلاَمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى أُمَّ زُفَرَ، تِلْكَ الْمَرْأَةُ، طَوِيلَةً سَوْدَاءَ عَلَى سُلَّمِ الْكَعْبَةِ.قَالَ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، أَنَّ الْقَاسِمَ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَقُولُ: مَا أَصَابَ الْمُؤْمِنَ مِنْ شَوْكَةٍ فَمَا فَوْقَهَا، فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ.

It is reported by Ibn Jurayj that Ata said to him, "I saw the woman, Umm Zufar, on the steps of the Kabah. (She was) a black woman, tall in height".Ayeshah, said that the Prophet said, "If a thorn pricks a Believer or he is hurt more than that then that is an expiation for his sins."
