أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الصَّعْبُ بْنُ جَثَّامَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنْ أَهْلِ الدَّارِ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ يَبِيتُونَ فَيُصَابُ مِنْ نِسَائِهِمْ وَذَرَارِيهِمْ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «هُمْ مِنْهُمْ» وَزَادَ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ: هُمْ مِنْ آبَائِهِمْ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Sufian bin appointment, for syphilis, Obeid bin Abdullah bin threshold, from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell me hard Ben Jthamp, he heard the Prophet peace be upon him asked about the household Those of the polytheists will sleep and their women and their offspring will be afflicted, so the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: They are of them. Syphilis: They are from their fathers.
