أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا بَعَثَ إِلَى ابْنِ أَبِي الْحُقَيْقِ نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ قِتَالِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ، وَهُوَ أَوَّلُ حَدِيثٍ فِيهِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ.

Tell us Sufian bin appointment, for syphilis, from Ibn Ka'b ibn Malik from his uncle: that the Prophet, peace be upon him when he sent to the son Abi'l forbade the killing of women and newborns. He brought out the first from the book of the fighting of the participants, which is the first hadith in it, and the second from the letter of the letter.
