أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى الَّذِينَ بَعَثَ إِلَى ابْنِ أَبِي الْحُقَيْقِ عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ» .

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1734

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Sufian, syphilis, from Ibn Ka'b ibn Malik from his uncle: «that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him who forbade sent to Ibn Abi'l for the killing of women and children».
