أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لا أَزَالُ أُقَاتِلُ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا: لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ، فَإِذَا قَالُوهَا فَقَدْ عَصَمُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلا بِحَقِّهَا وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ".
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1726
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad, Muhammad ibn Amr, from Abu Salamah bin Abdul Rahman bin Auf, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, said: "I still fight the people until They say: There is no god but God, and when they say it, they will protect me from their blood and their money, except for their right and their account, according to God.
