أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُؤَمَّلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، قَالَ: كَتَبْتُ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مِنَ الطَّائِفِ فِي جَارَتَيْنِ ضَرَبَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الأُخْرَى، وَلا شَاهِدَ عَلَيْهِمَا فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ أَنِ احْبِسْهُمَا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ، ثُمَّ اقْرَأْ عَلَيْهِمَا: {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلا} [آل عمران: 77] فَفَعَلْتُ فَاعْتَرَفَتْ. أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1722
Tell me Abdullah bin Mu'ammil, Ibn Abi Malika, he said: I wrote to Ibn Abbas from Taif neighbors hit each other, and watched them wrote to me that Ahbsama after age, and then read them: {Those who buy the covenant of Allah and their oaths a small price} [ Al-Imran: 77] I did, and I confessed. Take the three hadiths out of the oath with the witness.
