Hadith 1721
Tell us Malik bin Anas, for David the son of the hippocampus: he heard Abu Gtefan Marri said, was taken up Zaid ibn Thabit and dutiful son to Marwan ibn al-Hakam in the house, killing him on the right hand Zaid ibn Thabit on the pulpit, Zaid said: I swear to him where I am. Marwan said: By God, when he does not interrupt rights, he makes more swearing that his right is a right, and he refuses to do what he does. Malik said: He hated more righteous patience.
