أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَكَمَ بْنَ عُتَيْبَةَ يَسْأَلُ أَبِي، وَقَدْ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَى جِدَارِ الْقَبْرِ لِيَقُومَ: أَقْضَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ وَقَضَى بِهَا عَلِيٌّ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِكُمْ. قَالَ مُسْلِمٌ: قَالَ جَعْفَرٌ: فِي الدَّيْنِ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1716

Muslim ibn Khalid told us, he said: Jaafar bin Mohammed told me, he said: I heard the referee Ben Otaiba asks my father, has put his hand on the wall of the tomb is: I spend the Prophet peace be upon him under oath with the witness? He said: Yes, and He exalted it on me, between your backs. A Muslim said: Jaafar said: In debt.
