أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ.

Malik, on the authority of Jaafar bin Muhammad, told us about his father: that the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, spent the oath with the witness.
