أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ قَالَ: وَذَكَرَ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: وَجَدْنَا فِي كُتُبِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ يَشْهَدُ سَعْدُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ عَمْرَو بْنَ حَزْمٍ أَنْ يَقْضِيَ بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1713

Tell us Shafei said: According to Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Muttalib, Saeed bin Amr, his father said: We found in the books of Saad bin worship witness Saad bin worship: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him ordered Amr ibn Hazm to spend the right hand with the witness.
