أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: وَجَدْنَا فِي كُتُبِ سَعْدٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1712

Tell us Abdul Aziz bin Mohammed bin Abi Obeid Darorda from Rabia ibn Abi Abd al-Rahman, Saeed bin Amr bin Sharhabeel bin Said bin Saad bin worship, from his father, his grandfather, he said, found in books Saad: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him He gave the oath with the witness.
