أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، وَرَجُلٍ آخَرَ سَمَّاهُ، فلا يَحْضُرُنِي ذِكْرُ اسْمِهِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1710

Tell us Ibrahim bin Mohammed from Rabia bin Othman, Maaz bin Abdul Rahman, Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, and another man called, do not bring me to be named from the companions of the Prophet peace be upon him: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him spent the right hand with the witness .
