أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، عَنْ سَيْفِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمَكِّيِّ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ. قَالَ عَمْرٌو: فِي الأَمْوَالِ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Abdullah bin Harith bin Abdul Malik Almkzumi, Saif bin Suleiman al-Makki, Qais bin Saad, Amr ibn Dinar from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him spent perjury With the witness. Amr said: In terms of money.
