أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فِي شَهَادَةِ الصِّبْيَانِ: لا تَجُوزُ. وَزَادَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ؛ لأَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ: {مِمَّنْ تَرْضَوْنَ مِنَ الشُّهَدَاءِ} [البقرة: 282] . أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الدَّعْوَى وَالْبَيِّنَاتِ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ.

Sufyan told us, on the authority of Amr Bin Dinar, on the authority of Ibn Abi Malika, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, in the testimony of Suzan. Ibn Jarij, on the authority of Ibn Malika, added on the authority of Ibn Abbas, because God Almighty says: {From those who are satisfied with the wickedness [282]]. Take the first out of the lawsuit and evidence, and the second and the third from the Qur’an book.
