أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: لا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ النِّسَاءِ، لا رَجُلَ مَعَهُنَّ فِي أَمْرِ النِّسَاءِ أَقَلَّ مِنْ أَرْبَعِ عُدُولٍ.

Muslim Bin Khalid, on the authority of Ibn Jarij, told us about Ata 'that he said: It is not permissible for a woman to testify, but no man is from among them.
