أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ، قَالَ: زَعَمَ أَهْلُ الْعِرَاقِ أَنَّ شَهَادَةَ الْقَاذِفِ لا تَجُوزُ، فَأَشْهَدُ لأَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ لأَبِي بَكْرَةَ: تُبْ تُقْبَلْ شَهَادَتُكَ أَوْ إِنْ تُبْتَ قُبِلَتْ شَهَادَتُكَ. وَسَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ بْنَ عُيَيْنَةَ يُحَدِّثُ بِهِ هَكَذَا مِرَارًا ثُمَّ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: شَكَكْتُ فِيهِ. قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: أَشْهَدُ لأَخْبَرَنِي فُلانٌ، ثُمَّ سَمَّى رَجُلا فَذَهَبَ عَلَيَّ حِفْظُ اسْمِهِ، فَسَأَلْتُ قَالَ لِي عُمَرُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ: هُوَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ. وَكَانَ سُفْيَانُ لا يَشُكُّ أَنَّهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ. قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: وَغَيْرُهُ يَرْوِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1703
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Sufian bin appointment, he said: I heard syphilis, he said, claimed the people of Iraq that the testimony of the ejector may not be, I witness to tell me Said bin Musayyib: that Omar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him, said Abu reel: type accept your certificate or If your testimony is accepted. I heard Sufyan bin Aynah say this so again and again, and I heard him say: I questioned him. Al-Shafi’i said: I bear witness because so-and-so told me, so he named a man and he went to memorize his name, so I asked Omar bin Bin Qus. Sufyan had no doubts that he was happy with Ibn Al-Musayyib. Al-Shafi’i said: And others narrate it on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Saeed Bin Al-Musayyib, on the authority of Omar.
